Creating a New Project
- Click on the 3-dot menu in the top bar and then select Manage Project.
- Click Add Project
- Enter the name and description of the project in their respective fields.
- Click the Create button.
View Project
- Click the Project menu next to your project name and select Manage Projects
- Click the Details (circuit) icon of the project you want to view. The projects detail page will open
- The Projects Detail page has the following fields
- Name - Project Name
- Description - optional project description
- Administrators -
- Mangers -
- Viewers -
- Serial Numbers - The section contains the methods for generating serial numbers.
- PLT-OS - the version of the PLT OS set for that project. All PLTs added to the project will update their PLT-OS to this version the next time they download a new test plan.
- UUID - The project identifier used to access the project through the API.
Update Project
Change Active Project
On the Project List Page, the active project is marked with a Checkmark icon in the Active column
- Click on the Select Project (compass) icon for the project you want to activate.
Update Project Information

- On the Details page, click the Settings button.
- Updated the Name or Description fields as required.
- Click the Change button.
- Click the Dismiss button.
Fix PLT-OS Version
The default OS is “Latest”. When "Latest" is set, the PLT application will update its OS during the next deployment from PLTcloud.
- To maintain the same version, click the PLT-OS dropdown menu and select the version you want to keep.
Set Up Serial Number Generation

- On the Project Setting Page, select Monotonic or Webhook from the radio buttons
- Click the Settings button
- The Monotonic Serial Numbers Details page has the following fields
- Start Value - First serial number
- End Value - Last serial number
- Next Value - Increment between serial numbers
- Length - ??
- The Webhook Serial Number Details page has the following fields
- URL - The URL of your serial number server
- Token - The API token to access that remote server.
- Sample Webhook Payload - This is a textbox where you can enter a test payload.
- The Monotonic Serial Numbers Details page has the following fields
Set Up Monotonic Serial Numbers

- On the Monotonic Serial Number Settings page, enter the values for Start Value, End Value, Next Value, Length as required.
- Click the Change Button
- Click the Dismiss Button
Test Webhook

- On the Webhook Serial Number Details page
- Adjust the Sample Webhook Payload as needed
- Click the Test button. PLTcloud will send the sample payload to the URL you specify
