PLTcloud Sub-Processors

Blue Clover Devices uses sub-processors to assist in providing PLTcloud services and support. A sub-processor is a third party data processor engaged by Blue Clover Devices who agrees to receive personal data from Blue Clover Devices intended for processing activities to be carried out (i) on behalf of PLTcloud customers; (ii) in accordance with customer instructions as communicated by Blue Clover Devices; and (iii) in accordance with the terms of a written contract between Blue Clover Devices and the sub-processor.
