Update not available
After deploying a new release to your chosen deployment group, any PLT in the group should be able to install it using the "Check for Updates" item from the main menu.
But what if you see "No update available"?
This could reflect connectivity issues. From PLTcloud, you should make sure that you see "Cloud Connected" on the PLT in question. Even if you see it, you may have reduced bandwidth if you are using a cellular modem to connect to the Internet.
Try connection troubleshooting tips like antenna placement, confirm modem specifications, or best of all use a robust Ethernet connection to your LAN.
