Debug Mode access for PLT-300A

I would like to put my PLT into debug mode, and I'm following the provided guide to do so. I began by uploading my SSH key to the project. However, when I attempted to reset the PLT, clicking the reset button did not initiate the process. Instead, I was directed to a page with two options: 'Restart' and 'Reset Deployment.' Unfortunately, when I click on either of these buttons, I receive an error message indicating that no release is assigned to the deployment group. Could you please assist me in successfully setting the PLT to debug mode?

  Hi Armance,

  The procedure to put a PLT into debug mode is documented at https://docs.pltcloud.com/pltcloud/webconsole/project/settings/debugkeys/#debug-keys

  If you're not seeing the "Reset (DEBUG MODE)", that likely means:

  - No SSH keys have been uploaded (double-check the debug keys from project settings in PLTcloud)

  - The project to which SSH keys have been added is not deployed to the PLT (perform "Check for Update" on the PLT)
