Display an estimate of the time an update will take to install

To give users a more predictable experience, it could be helpful to show how long an update will take to install and also a progress bar or spinning wheel of some kind to show that it is in progress.

  PLT-OS currently shows a progress indication during updates. We've decided not to display an actual estimate of the time it would take, as this is due Internet speeds which are impossible to predict.
