Request: Remote (Interactive) Debugging

 

Add ability to perform live interactions with a Device Under Test (DUT) hooked up to a remote Production Line Tool (PLT).

- Tunneled connection to in-factory PLT

- UART interactions

- CAN interactions

- GDB remote (debugger)

- (optional) PIOremote

  We plan to first implement "local debugging" which will bypass the steps of release creation, deployment, and updating on the PLT in order to streamline test plan updates during development.  It will rely upon the computer and PLT to be on the same network.

  Along with this remote debugging feature, would be the ability to kick off a script remotely.
