Talking to RPI over UART
My team is planning on integrating an RPI to the ICT in order to do some custom testing. This article here https://docs.pltcloud.com/acc/ppc/yocto/# describes how to build a custom yocto image for the RPI to communicate with it through the Test Plan.
This article doesn't say the yocto build is mandatory just that it "sets the SPC up for easy integration with a PLT test plan." I would like some to confirm if the yocto build is required to communicate with the RPI through the test plan or not.
If this is required is there anyway to just get the image from Blue Clover for the RPI 4 B instead of setting up yocto locally?

Official comment
The Yocto layer and images described in https://docs.pltcloud.com/acc/ppc/yocto/
are meant to facilitate UART integration with getty, automatic login already set up.
uart interaction in a YAML test plan can be used to interact with any Linux systemComment actions
